Due to popular demand, Black Cat Farm-Table-Bistro will continue to offer cookbook tasting dinners. The plan is to hold them about every six weeks. Each dinner will have a different menu that consists exclusively of dishes from Eric’s cookbook, Farm, Fork, Food: A Year of Spectacular Recipes Inspired by Black Cat Farm. Between courses, Eric will share stories about the cookbook and answer questions.
The next dinner will take place on Wednesday, February 18th at 6:30pm.

Cost: $68 for the chef’s tasting menu (does not include alcohol, tax or gratuity). Cookbooks will be on sale and available for Eric to sign for $29.95, plus tax.
