The Black Cat Farm booth at the Boulder Farmers’ Market will include the following produce on April 19, 2014:
- Beets, chioggia, Detroit, and grex beets
- Mustard greens
- Perpetual spinach
- Rapini flowers
- Turnip greens
Non-produce items available will consist of bacon, chicken eggs, dried black chickpeas and Borlotti beans, head cheese, heirloom pork chili, and vegetable curry.
