Thank you to those of you that stopped by the Black Cat Farm booth at the Boulder Farmers’ Market last Saturday.
It was great seeing you at the first market of 2014. We are ready to shake off winter and happy to see old friends and make new ones.
The Black Cat Farm booth at the Boulder Farmers’ Market will include the following produce on April 12, 2014:
- Arugula
- Beets, chioggia, Detroit, and grex beets
- Cilantro
- Escarole
- Mache
- Mustard greens
- Perpetual spinach
- Radicchio
- Rapini
- Rapini flowers
- Spinach
- Turnip greens
Non-produce items available will consist of bacon, chicken eggs, and dried black chickpea and Borlotti beans.
