Eric will be in Montana for a James Beard dinner and a book signing during this coming market but he will be available during the Boulder County Farmers’ Market Winter Market.
Catch us at the Winter Market on Dec. 6-7, 9am-3pm, at the Boulder County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall at 9595 Nelson Road in Longmont.
Besides our usual excellent produce, we will have plenty of copies of Eric’s cookbook, Farm Fork Food: A Year of Spectacular Recipes Inspired by Black Cat Farm, for him to sign.
Second cookbook celebration dinner
Just a reminder that we will be holding another cookbook celebration tasting dinner at Black Cat Farm-Table-Bistro on Monday, December 8th, 6:30pm . All dishes will be from Farm Fork Food. Eric will introduce each dish, share stories about the making of the cookbook, and answer questions. For those who attended the previous cookbook celebration dinner, the menu for this dinner will be mostly different than for the previous one.
Cost: $68 for Chef’s Tasting Menu (does not include alcohol, tax or gratuity). Cookbooks will be on sale and available for Eric to sign for $29.95
