Radishes and baby turnips
The radishes and baby turnips (Hinona Kabu Japanese turnip and daikon) were the stars of the show with a significant amount purchased by 8:30am.
Inspired by the radishes and baby turnips, Eric offered a radish terrine recipe that you can use with either radishes or baby turnips. The recipe will be available soon in a future post.
