The Black Cat farm booth at the Boulder Farmers Market will include the following Summer produce on August 3, 2013:
- Baby beets
- Baby Summer squash with flowers attached
- Cabbage
- Carrots
- Collard greens
- Cucumbers
- Fresh black garbanzo beans
- Garlic
- Jericho lettuce
- Leeks
- Mature Summer squash
- Red Swiss chard
- Royal Burgundy bush beans
- Spring onions
- Tomatoes, a few possibly
Non-produce items available will consist of chicken and turkey eggs, pork pate, and assorted Mulefoot pig cuts. After the false alarm of last week, bacon might make an appearance.
This or next week will be the last week that Spring onions are available. After that, loose and bags of cured onions will replace them.
