Happy Friday, Black Catters! And what a Friday it is — 71 degrees at 11 a.m., with temperatures supposed to hit 81 on Saturday. Sure beats last week’s market experience — below freezing and snow. We have been busy weeding again, naturally. And of course, harvesting. Please swing by the market on Saturday, and let’s talk food. We have loads of produce. We have meats and soup and prepared dishes. We also have recipes for entire meals based on the day’s market offerings.
Here is the Big List, with new items in bold:
- Arugula
- Swiss chard
- Chrysanthemum
- Lettuce mix (two styles)
- Tom Thumb
- Mizuna
- Tat soi
