We have supported the Flatirons Food Film Festival (www.flatironsfoodfilmfest.org), Colorado’s only food film festival, since its start nearly four years ago. The festival celebrates food culture and community by hosting a series of films and events to entertain, educate, and inspire.
This Wednesday, August 3rd, at the Dairy Arts Center in Boulder, the festival is holding a benefit. If you attend, you can:
- Meet some of Boulder’s best chefs (Daniel Asher of Root Down and the upcoming River and Woods, Dave Query of the Big Red F Restaurant Group, Kelly Whitaker of Basta, Nate Singer of Blackbelly Butcher Shop)
- Watch a short food film
- Listen to interactive live opera pairings from Opera on Tap Colorado
- Score a culinary experience at a live auction
- Eat and drink really well with deliciousness from Cured, Il Porcellino, Heifer and the Hen, Lucky’s Bakehouse, and the Post Brewing Company
