The Black Cat Farm booth at the Boulder Farmers’ Market will include the following produce on August 16, 2014:

- Beets, multiple varieties
- Cabbage, Danish ball head, Savoy, Spanish Black, Filderkraut Hillmer
- Carrots
- Celery
- Collard greens
- Cucumbers, pickling
- Kale, white Russian
- Leeks
- Mizuna
- Parsley
- Peppers, bell, Hungarian wax, jalapeno
- Perpetual spinach
- Spicy Asian greens mix
- Storing onions, several varieties
- String beans, Green Crop, Royal Burgundy, Golden Rocky
- Summer squash
- Swiss chard, two varieties
- Tomatoes
- Turnips, Gold Ball and Norfolk
Non-produce items available will consist of chicken eggs.
Tip
If we have arugula at the market this Saturday, it will be hot and spicy. It will mellow if you cook it. Otherwise, use it sparingly raw, letting other milder greens make up the bulk of your salad.
