Farm-to-glass is a way of life at Black Cat Bistro and Bramble & Hare restaurants, both of which are in Boulder, Colorado and are certified organic and biodynamic. Farm-to-table at its finest.

Artichokes figure into this cocktail at Bramble & Hare, one of two restaurants – the other being Black Cat Bistro – supported by Black Cat Farm in Boulder, Colorado. It is the most ambitious farm-to-table operation in the United States, and it’s farm-to-glass as well. The farm is biodynamic and organic certified.
