A lamb born in April on Black Cat Farm in Boulder, CO

First Black Cat Farm Lambs Born + Farmers Market

They’re baaaack. When last week we said lambing season had arrived, it had — only no lambs had yet been born. The mamas were just pregnant. But now, finally, the first lambs of the season are here, and the ewes will continue giving birth for a few weeks. This, the height of the season, keeps the farm staff rather busy. It’s our job to make sure both lambs and mamas are healthy and happy during this dramatic season of life. This stage of the season is challenging, and extremely rewarding.

Book Now for Graduation Season

A bottle of Collet Champagne with a flute of Champagne on a table at Black Cat Bistro

It’s still more than a month before thrilled students toss those flat-topped and tasseled hats in the air, and proud parents beam (and probably shed a few tears). But dinners during graduation season are filling-up fast in our restaurants. We would hate for you to miss an opportunity to celebrate the event in the nation’s most ambitious farm-to-table restaurants. Our world revolves around Boulder County, Colorado and as the parents of four kids graduation holds extra-special meaning in our hearts. We would love to celebrate with you!
