A Glorious Day of Harvesting for Tomorrow’s Market

Seventy-two degrees and breezy. Robin’s egg skies, with cottony clouds. Plants luscious and strong, due to the recent rains and snow. This is our kind of harvest day.

Friday is always a busy harvest day for us — between Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights in the restaurants and the Saturday Farmers’ Market, we need loads of vegetables. Our bounty last week thrilled the Black Cat team, and at tomorrow’s market we will have roughly the same vegetables, only plenty more than we had last week.
