The Black Cat Farm booth at the Boulder Farmers’ Market will include the following produce on August 15, 2015:

  • Arugula
  • Basil, Genovese, globe
  • Chokara
  • Haricot verts
  • Lettuce mix
  • Mizuna
  • Mustard mix
  • Onions
  • Purslane
  • Squash
  • Squash blossoms
  • String beans, purple, yellow, green
  • Swiss chard

Mulefoot pork cuts, sheep pelts, and pig leather will also be available.

Fall and winter crop planting completed

After a season of scrambling to plant crops subsequent to the spring rains, the Black Cat Farm workers finished planting the fall and winter crops this week.  Hats off to Eric and the crew for getting it done.
